As there are no wars, no international competition and strict rules, the president of the Dream have been a symbol, and new persidents' age have been younger.
Daniel who is handsome and young just become the new president of the Dream. He is like a prince in every person's heart.
Today, Daniel is very busy because the news of a monster break the rules of the Dream. Computer cannot find any information of the monster, so Daniel plan to organise an army fighting against the unbeknown beast.
Danial is liveing an apartment, and the government told people why he choose to live here because in the Dream every one is equal; furthermore, their new persident do not need put his all time in his job. After working, Danial is very tired, but when he return home, he can do his favorite thing which is also a biggest secret of the new president.
Danial spent a long time to titivate himself like a woman, and sit front of the mirror enjoying his beautiful. Although, it is not difficult to change genders in the Dream, most people oppose that. It is also impossble to tell people that their new president want to become a woman. Thus, changing sex is just a dream for Danial.

I think that your idea is very amusing. Human being want to achieve something, but they don't have enough power, so they use the power of dream to fulfill their wishes. It is kind of unfortunate. You are still young, You can be more optimistic.
